ICS Medical Devices are seeking a leader to assume our Project and Business administration role.

The role will be key to the execution of our projects and business functions and our service delivery to our customers. Based in Ballybrit Galway, ICS Medical Devices is a rapidly growing company involved in the design and manufacture of novel and revolutionary medical devices products.

Responsibilities

  • Administration: Timesheets, purchasing, Invoicing
  • Project administration, planning, scheduling, financial reporting etc.
  • Customer administration and updates/communications
  • Project admin support including order management, scheduling, communications and planning.
  • Business coordination: Link between our engineering, quality, financial, sales, marketing and administration functions.
  • Finance administration: AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow, Monthly Financial data and reporting, basic book keeping, communicating with our accounting partners.
  • Individual Projects: lead projects as specified by the business.
  • Quality: execute activities within appropriate quality system and regulatory requirements, person must ensure adherence to the appropriate systems.

 

Qualifications

  • Team player: essential to be a proven team player and character, role will be central to our functions and our business.
  • Communication skills: verbal and written skills and awareness. Customer communication including those in different geographies and language differences. Customer communication in negotiation and conflict situations.
  • Financial and accounting acumen: proven financial, numbers and financial understanding and reporting skills. Qualifications / courses in finance, accounting, bookkeep an advantage.
  • Computer literate: Microsoft , excel, word, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, other packages including Zoho, PDF etc. Must show ability and aptitude and ability to learn new packages and skills.
  • QuickBook familiarity a distinct advantage.
  • Excel spreadsheet knowledge a distinct advantage.
  • Customer Awareness: must show customer awareness skills: customer is central to our growth.
